1. Kunden autoriserer adgangen
Amazon-sælgeren autoriserer integrationen via et sikkert, officielt Amazon OAuth-invitationslink, som leder kunden direkte til Amazon Seller Central for godkendelse.
2. Data hentes via Amazon SP-API
Integrationen henter de relevante Amazon-data, herunder ordre-, salgs-, transaktions-, settlement- og gebyrdata.
3. Data behandles i balance.as-integrationen
Data struktureres og behandles, så de kan anvendes i virksomhedens Business Central-miljø.

The service is designed to retrieve relevant order and financial data from Amazon through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and transfer the data to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, where it can support accounting, transaction reconciliation and financial reporting.
The purpose of the integration is to reduce manual data handling and help businesses manage Amazon-related financial information within their existing ERP system.
The integration is currently under development. Access to the required Amazon SP-API permissions is pending, and end-to-end customer testing has not yet been completed. The functionality will be validated with a participating customer once the necessary access has been approved.

The core functionality includes:
FBA order data: Retrieving relevant order information for orders fulfilled by Amazon.
Financial information: Retrieving and processing relevant Amazon financial data within the agreed scope of the integration.
Accounting and reconciliation: Making imported data available to support accounting workflows and reconciliation in Business Central.
ERP integration: Structuring relevant data for use within the customer's Business Central environment.
The current solution does not cover merchant-fulfilled orders (MFN/FBM).
The integration remains under development. The scope and availability of individual functions will be confirmed through implementation and customer testing.
Supported Order Types
This integration is designed specifically for Amazon Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders.
The integration focuses on retrieving relevant data for orders fulfilled by Amazon and making that information available in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support accounting and reconciliation processes.
Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) orders, also known as Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) orders, are outside the scope of the current solution.
The integration is currently under development, and end-to-end customer testing is pending approval of the required Amazon SP-API permissions.

The integration is designed to retrieve authorised data relating to Amazon FBA orders and the agreed financial information. The data flow and functionality are subject to end-to-end validation.
The integration uses Amazon's Selling Partner API to retrieve data after the Amazon seller has explicitly authorized the application.
Amazon information is transferred through encrypted connections and is made available only within the authorized customer's Business Central environment.
Security & Data Protection
Security and protection of customer and Amazon information are fundamental parts of the solution.
Amazon information is retrieved directly from Amazon Selling Partner API after authorization by the Amazon seller.
Data is transferred through encrypted connections and is made available only to authorized users within the customer's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
balance.as does not sell Amazon information or share Amazon information with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Access to Amazon information is restricted according to user roles and business requirements.
Credentials and security secrets are managed securely and are not hard-coded into applications or stored in public repositories.
balance.as maintains incident response procedures covering detection, containment, investigation, remediation and notification of relevant security incidents.
Development Status and Customer Validation
The integration is currently under development.
A prospective customer has agreed to make their Amazon Seller Central account available for testing once the required permissions have been approved.
The planned validation will cover the authorised API connection, retrieval of the relevant FBA order data and agreed financial information, and processing of the retrieved data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
End-to-end customer testing has not yet been completed. The functionality and scope of the integration will be validated once the required access is available.

The integration is designed to use the Amazon SP-API roles and permissions required for its agreed functionality.
The required permissions are subject to Amazon's approval and the applicable authorisation process. The service permissions requested through the Amazon Service Provider Portal are separate from the SP-API roles assigned to the application.
Access will be limited to the data and functionality required for the integration. No additional permissions will be requested unless they are necessary for a specific feature.
